Really? No Technical Support?

Recently a new customer came to us and asked if our item can work with their lib/codes. This customers has been in touch with us for a long time but never made an order. It cought our attention why they changed their mind this time.


Here is the story, they bought the similar items from other suppliers becuaes the prices are more competitive. when they received the goods, they found the products couldn't not work with their codes, when they reach for help, they were told that there were no technical support, they can return the goods and get the replaced, but there is no guaranty the new batch can work with their lib. in other words, returning the goods doesn't fix to problem, and the costs is high. eventually this customer bear with the loss and repurchase from other supplier, that's us - best arduino - exportise internationl.
