This item is a buck/boost converter board, can be powered by USB or pads, can step up/down voltage easily by adjusting the potentiometer.

Output Voltage: Adjustable 1.2~24V
Output Power:
When output voltage is 1.2v~2v, please use it within 2W;
When output voltage is 2v~20v, please use it within 3W;
When output voltage is 20v~24v, please use it within 2.5W.
Display: 3-Bit digital display

Direction of Potentiometer Knob:
clockwise--increase voltage;
counterclockwise--decrease voltage.

ON/OFF Switch:
Short press to turn on/off the output;
Hold press to turn/off the digital display.

Using Steps:
Input voltage from Standard USB or Micro USB or ‘VIN+’ and ‘VIN-’;
Turn ON display screen;
Adjust potentiometer to get the required voltage;
Connect load.

This buck boost converter module is not a high power supply, please use it within the power range listed above.
